Samsung’s 2016 Air Purifier Blends Power and Intelligence The most essential role of an air purifier is to distribute fresh air through a large living space in a short amount of time. Samsung’s 2016 AX7500 air purifier has two powerful hearts to fulfill this task. Utilizing two fans, each 26.2 centimeters in diameter, the AX7500 creates a strong three-way air flow. It quickly sucks in polluted air through its front panel while simultaneously expelling fresh air via its three vents located on the right, left and top surfaces. The AX7500 boasts a five-step filtration system that allows it to eliminate fine particles by 99.9 percent. In addition, the device employs various sensors and intelligent functions. It uses three sensors to determine the estimated amount of pollution in the air, and shows the fine dust count as well as the overall air quality level on its Air Navigator display. The AX7500 can also notify users of the filter status, thanks to its inner filter sensor.
Consumers can operate various functions of the AX7500, including power, air flow and timer controls, via Samsung’s Smart Home smartphone application. Samsung Electronics plans to launch the AX7500 in Korea and China in the first quarter of this year. The COANDA airflow is ideal for smokeIn a room with 8 or 9 ft high ceilings, smoke will collect near the ceiling.  cleaner location here is on the ceiling.  you will see smoke stratify and collect in a cloud about 12 to 14 feet above the floor.  In these situations, electrostatic air most effective suspended with rods or chains 10 - 12 feet above the In most rooms greater than 750 square feet, more than one air cleaner will be needed.  On the page titled
How Many Do I Need?, you can calculate exactly how many of whichHere we will show you how to locate and orient Regardless of if you use SE400 or SE800 electrostatic air cleaner want to spread them out evenly, above your smoke problem areas. They can be oriented so each COANDA airflow pattern will reinforceIn the diagram below, each SE 800 electrostatic aircarb air cleaner testing a complete COANDA pattern.  free dvd writer lens cleaner softwareDischarge air from adjacentair conditioner coil cleaning tool purifiers reinforces downward air flow.  SE 800s create a symmetrical airflow pattern, making them very versatile and flexibleIt does not matter which way they face. Just keep 800s spaced out evenly above your smoke or pollution
The SE 400 creates half of the SE 800 COANDA airflow.  One unit alone, placed above the smoke area will create a circular pattern.  ideal for a 350 square foot room or a small smoking section located next to a wall or corner.  The inlet side should face the wallDirty air will be sucked into the corner while the discharge shoots clean air down and out toward the rest of the room. Clean air will circulate back to the intake. Several SE 400s can be used together.  For example, if you have a smoking section of tables or seating along a wall, you can hang a row of SE 400s along that wall.  Facing the SE 400s with the intake toward the wall will create an air curtain.  above your smoking section will consistently pull pollutants back toward the wall and into the air cleaner.  from traveling out to the rest of the room. When using 2 or more SE 400 air cleaners in an open space, do not face them all the same direction.
They should be spaced out, with the inlet sides facing other inlet sides, and outlet sides facing other outletAirflow from adjacent air cleaners should reinforce each other, pushing clean air out and around toward the ground and pulling dirty air up into the units. If you only walk away with one thing from this page, remember this. Setting up the orientation of your COANDA style air cleaners is similar to playing dominos.  Inlet sides face inlet sides. Discharge sides face discharge sides.  The SE 800s are symmetrical with inlet sides on both ends.  unique for COANDA air cleaners only. The Plant Air Purifier® uses a common houseplant to clean the air.  Plants have natural air-cleaning abilities, but to use plants as air filters is difficult due to the numerous houseplants necessary to clean air sufficiently and efficiently.  This is the capability of the Plant Air Purifier®; one Plant Air Purifier® has the cleaning power of 100 standard houseplants.
The Plant Air Purifier® achieves this through a unique design that increases airflow past the root system which is the host of toxin consuming microbes.Air containing toxic elements passes through the porous growing media and activated carbon by means of a high velocity fan. The activated carbon within the media attracts chemicals and holds them until the microscopic organisms (microbes) eat the toxins.  The byproducts of the consumption process are nontoxic food and energy for themselves and the host plant.  Over time microbes adapt to their environment and the chemicals they are exposed to; they quickly acclimate to the amount and type of toxins in the air, thus becoming more efficient at consuming these chemicals. After a plant is repotted from soil to hydroculture, the plant grows what are known as “water roots”.  These roots are adaptive of the plant to its environment and continue to be a host to the microbes. Hydroculture, as opposed to soil, allows for the roots and microbes to be exposed to more air therefore collecting and consuming toxins more efficiently than soil-grown plants.
Microbes are exceptional at consuming organic, or carbon based, particles such as volatile organic compounds, or VOCs, known carcinogens. The inner pot is specially designed to ensure the maximum air flow through the media and activated carbon allowing the air to be cleaned more efficiently.  The pot design is also intended to hold enough water for up to one week depending on the number of hours the fan is run and the humidity in the air.  The water window is a simple way to see when the plant needs watering or the base needs cleaning of residue build up.  The low-water shutoff built into the unit stops the fan in the event the plant is low on water.  This shutoff mechanism prevents the plant roots from drying if the water level becomes too low.  Combining hydroculture, air circulation, and nature’s natural ability to clean the air, Dr. Wolverton and the design team of the Plant Air Purifier® developed a product that can clean indoor air and significantly reduce peoples exposure to harmful airborne toxins.
