He cleaned and tuned the unit, replaced the filter, and gave us some helpful advice on keeping everything running smoothly. Excellent service with a few good tips for the entire system. He then noticed that the leaked refrigerant had caused a failure of adhesive that was supposed to keep some insulation batting in place. He fixed the leak, re-adhered the insulation and the... He ordered the correct part on Saturday and installed it on Wednesday,Mitch came in on Tuesday. My only problem was with the office. I called on Monday and Tuesday to check on the part order. What started with just a loud noise, turned into our motor and blade needing replacement. Unfortunately, Greg did not have the motor in his van, however, he went out an purchased it the same... Jorje came to the house twice last month to assist with AC issues and he was terrific. Very creative problem solving on one of our issues< costing quite a bit less than originally projected. Our AC has never worked better! The service was timely, courteous, professional, and efficient. Very grateful that Sierra Air and Chris were able to get my system up and running very quickly, managing to provide same day service (and eliminating a big black widow spider in the process.)
