I did not fully tightend it during the first use and it was leaking but this second time I made sure it was securely tight with a good seal. Now it works perfect and very well. The soap gun does run out fast but use for a small car you should be just fine. I'm not sure why other people are having problems it could be that they are hooking it up incorrectly. It does use a lot of soap but I would be expecting that out of a product like this. That being said, it is incredibly useful. Much much easier to dispense a large amount of thick suds over a larger surface area, letting the soap go to work dissolving grime and dirt before you even touch the paint.

A few quick passes with a mitt, and a rinse, (conveniently from the same nozzle) and you're done. It does recommend a hefty amount of soap, but I use a lot anyways and I find one dose is enough to easily do a fullsize truck twice. It's just too easy, and indispensable as a cleaning tool.
