I then discovered Sharp Plasmacluster product line and realize it is much quieter and less power consumption than most models out there. As soon as I saw Best-Buy put the FPA-40UW model on sale, I immediately picked one up at local store. It only took 15 minutes to unpack the HEPA filter and it is already up and running.Even my wife comment it looks very pretty and quiet and she no longer wake up with headache. I can turn off Plasmascluster manually if I want to. No problem with it function in any ways. I went ahead bought two more from Amazon the next day. As some of you suggested, I also purchase those cut to fit carbon filter to prolong my other filters life.
