But Amazon was great with getting me a replacement. Seems to be doing the trick Definitely we can see difference in our air at home. No more visible dust flying around. We don't wake up stuffy anymore in the morning. After 3 weeks the filter was visible dirty! Seems to work quite well. Since we installed this in our bedroom, we both wake up breathing easily. Breathing easy all the time. We turned it on as soon as we got it and it worked just fine...took the smoke odors out of our bedroom air and was peaceful/quiet enough to allow us to sleep...This is like a fan it blows air so hard. Turn it on every night for white noise too. Arrived quickly, excellent shipping packaging, and could feel the difference by the end of the week.

He hasn't needed the inhaler. at night we turn down the unit to low and high during the day  we will be getting 2 more so each bedroom has one and we don't have to move it even though it's light weight.
