Does not work like my $600 air purifier and it had the exact same panels in them. I just wanted you to know i have decided to keep these plates they will work in my flair air cleaner i've had for 7 yrs. So i wont need a refund. Thank you so much. I was a little skeptical when i ordered these plates..the originals were all glass for a reason, so when i seen these ceramic ones i thought, here we go again.. work as well as originals... nice to have extras to use while cleaning used ones. It's been essential to my home and helped immensely with my allergies. Have had one of these in our home for a number of years. We even let others use it which has led to them purchasing their own purifier. Would recommend this to everyone. I bought this unit less then a year ago and it quit working company doesn't want to repair machine had very hard time getting hold of them I would not buy anything from this... This is our third EcoQuest Fresh Air Purifier over 15 years. I cannot describe how fresh the air smells in our home even though we have two dogs and I'm a smoker! It sure works well. The instruction manual is not very good. I recommend it as a big step up from the cheaper types comely sold online. This circulates air throughout the house ...very clean Have not had any problems due to smoke from floor below.

2 of our dogs and myself have allergies. And since there are only... 6 dogs and 5 cats in the house you can see how we suffer mightily from the seasons and each other too. This little helper really cleans up the air and keeps us all healthy. Well worth the savings when it comes to vet and doctor bills. Great smoke-eater in place of big, bulky units! I bought this because I needed something for the "man cave" smoke issue. The rest of the house is non-smoking and I wanted to keep it that way. Well, this thing works! The room is 900 sf, and while I can't say it is smoke-free, it is very much controlled for such a big room. The purifier is steady, quiet, and a workhorse. I am going to buy another shortly. In all honesty, I have not used the liquid fresheners yet, but the filter is easy to clean, and it came with alot of extras. I am very happy with this purchase. I'm very glad I bought this air purifier. I've used many different air purifiers and these are the best, although the one in the picture is not the one I bought.
