Say we have two rooms, Room 1 (cold room with AC) and Room 2( without AC, hotter room). Room 2 is ventilated by Room 1 AC by opening the door. Assuming the BTU requirements are meet for the AC (Room 1 and Room 2 combined).

I'm still having an issue with Room 2 having higher temperature than Room 1. It's always 3 degrees hotter. So if I set the thermostat to 26 degrees celsius in Room 1, I'll get 29 degrees celsius in Room 2. If I close the door, then Room 2 is never ventilated with AC. I'm thinking of adding two exhaust fans in this setup to solve this issue although I'm not sure if this is the best solution for this problem. ->Add one ceiling exhaust fan at hotter room ceiling (pulls hot air to the colder room. This serves as the return path of the air ventilation. This ceiling exhaust fan system has a very short duct that connects air from Room 2 back to Room 1. ->Add one wall type exhaust fan near the floor/door. This will force cold air from Room 1 to Room 2. This is useful even the doors is closed. So Room 1 and Room 2 are still ventilated by main AC. ->Both Exhaust fans air flow rate are the same (so there is no pressure issues). ->Assume both exhaust fans meet the air changes requirements.
