I have four of these...no more Allergy meds for me or my wife.This is the third type/size of HEPA filter I have purchased from Honeywell for home and office. They are excellent at mitigating wildfire smoke. I had bought this exact same model earlier this year, and it works perfectly and am I very happy with it. best buy ps3 lens cleanerHowever, I bought a second unit, same model, also from Honeywell, direct from company, and it is NOT working well. salt crystal lamp air purifierIt vibrates badly at high speed setting. air purifier clean smokeI am returning this unit for a replacement product. I am not pleased with that policy, as the fate of my monies related to this unit fall under the discretion of testers whom I will never speak with. I will reserve judgment until I receive new unit and testing of old is complete. This BMC air filter is a welcome performance upgrade for my bike. I've been a loyal K&N guy my whole life until now. It's built like a brick. High quality, excellent fitment, performance gains, lifetime warranty and was almost $20 cheaper than my old brand. Fits perfect in my 2011 R1. My bike has a flash tune and M4 cat eliminator with FMF apex slip on and runs a little rich. Filter makes a difference for sure, a little leaner and crisp throttle. Good filter material and terrible seals. The seals on bottom and top come loose in the box and you stick them onto the front, back, and bottom of the filter itself. Reminded me of weather stripping you peal and stick. The seals at the top of the filter came off as I tried to put the filter in, so I just threw them away, and sealed the top of the airbox with Black RTV silicone. I will not buy BMC again. Perf is great and sound is better wen compared to k and n I bought this to replace the stock filter on my 2007 ZX6r and it has worked great! It fit perfectly and I could feel a difference right away. Throttle response was much sharper and showed a 2 horsepower increase on the dyno. I can't speak for other makes/models who say they've had problems with it, but I would strongly recommend this to anyone else with a ZX6r.Probably about the same as the K&N I replaced. I noticed no difference in performance. The fit was a little more snug than the K&N, had to do some fondling with it to make it fit.

Overall... it's just a middle of the road air filter. I just installed the BMC air filter into my 04 VFR 800, and I DO NOT recommend this filter! I chose it over the K&N filter as it had great reviews. I would have returned it if I wanted to take a week off from riding. It took over an hour of prying and a second set of hands to get the filter installed due to extremely poor fit. Go with a K&N and save some $ and a lot of aggrevation. This high flow filter lowered the rpm on my Kawasaki Versys by around a 1000 rpm in final gear at 65 mph over the standard one that needed replacement.The on and off throttle response is also improved. The quality and craftmanship are evident, with perfect fit and finish. My only wish was that the foam seals are integrated like the OEM, rather than stick on. Best Air Filter available I bought this for my ER6n and she loves it I have done now lots of mods to her and this air filter has helped with mpg as well as the way she takes off. She is much more smooth now.

I would recommend this to any one looking for an air filter. Great filter can feel the difference over oem filter and its made better than the K&N and cheaper so its a win win. (West Wareham , MA) I looked around for air filter for my Triumph Daytona and the BMC put out the best dyno results of the others. Super easy to install. Its been in for 5 months now and feels great. Already have a Jardine exhaust so felt the power. Had to do a cleaning, got the spray pack, better then the standard, super easy. My buddy put one in his GSXR and hes enjoying it too. Good fit, performance still to come The air filter fit great. It couldn't be easier to install. I'm still testing the performance out, but it's looking good so far. So far so good, seems to have increased gas mileage by about 10 - 20 km's a tank, but also probably just because it's new and clean. Fit was bang on and the price very reasonable. Thanks again Motorcycle Superstore!! I needed to adjust the idle speed after the installation because of the increased air flow but the bike performs better now.
