Most Recent Customer Reviews I have had allergies since I was a kid and purchased this machine because of all the great reviews, and was really optimistic this could work for me. My daughter is now 3 and she's had this in her room since birth. This thing is amazing!!!!! She's never had an ear infection and has only been sick once due to a normal cold!!! This thing really moves air. This machine takes out the smells in your house but I have dust everywhere. It blows out hard and blows around particles in the air When I got the first one and opened it I found some loose screws no big deal tightened them and proceeded to turn it on it ran great for about a minute then it started making a... there is lots less dust in my home. has helped allergy some what. have not had machine about 2 weeks. A truly effective and efficient air filter!This is not the kind of fan that that just blows dust around,like so many that I've tried. The HEGA machines are absolutely fantastic.

I have both chemical sensitivities and a severe allergy to alternaria mold. ETA: I got a phone call back and the manager is sending a complimentary new filter and prefilter (he did ask if I could pay for shipping and I said no and he's covering that too).
