The local distributor who sold us our system came by and after we decided we wanted it, I made sure to ask specifically, if something happens and I can't afford the payments, what happens? They replied with they would stop payments and pick up the system. So 3 months later, my husband and I are now separating, and I called them to have them come pick it up, and... oh we can't do that. My only option was to contact the finance company or have someone take over payments for me. I proceeded to contact the corporate office (Hyla USA) and apparently my distributor isn't an authorized Hyla USA distributor. Seems a bit illegal to me. Not including I specifically asked what would happen if I couldn't make the payments.

I have already contacted the attorney general in my state to dispute this action. The price is almost 5,000 which is crazy. I tried cleaning with it but the vacuum keeps shutting off while using. It picks up less stuff than my vacuum I had before and it's a pain to carry around. The salesmen has left me waiting for 2 days now for him to pick it up and now no reply!

But we just recently made a new investment it's a product through HYLA company it's their air and room cleaning system. It's not just that though! This system is like 6 in one! You have the swifter and jet part for your hardwood floors, a vacuum cleaner that will work for anything and the vacuum cleaner is height adjustable for the tall family members to little kids that like to clean like Clayton Reid does, it will vacuum your be...d, couch, recliners, anything you want to vacuum. You can go from carpet to hardwood floor and it won't matter! If your kids spill something just put the water attachment and clean it right up. The picture that are attached is with the carpet cleaner attachment just use water and soap the attachment has bristles to bring up the dirt and suck up the water and soap. You can clean all day everyday but you won't notice how much dirt is still around your house until you use this product.

It uses the same watts of energy that your toaster does. It cleans the air, can be an air condition unit, leaf blower, there's very little it can't do. And it's water based so instead of dumping your vacuum canisters in the trash allowing the dust to come back up all of it gets trapped in the water so you can simply just poor it out. When full of water it only ways 14 pounds. They make it affordable for just about anyone! I have vsited with customers from those three years ago and longer that have reinforced the difference that is made not only for myself and my family but for them as well.
