The unit I received had a pump that worked sporadically but mostly wouldn't pull any of the water and the empty reservoir alarm would start beeping which was extremely annoying since I had a full tank. Positives - has a good strong fan which on high setting pushes quite a bit of air and the evaporative cooling was noticeable the scant periods that the pump actually worked. Purchased it for $XXX here at overstock but now its unavailable.
