The H1 Air Duct Cleaning Truck Mount is brand new system for High powered air duct cleaning , completely redesigned from our older traditional design , the new updated technology is far more efficient , user friendly, offers better suction and most important it is far more profitable to operate . The H1’s new design allows it to be mounted on pretty much any 1 ton truck chassis or larger , the box is made from Lightweight Aluminum fashioned after the same design characteristics that firetrucks are modeled after. The H1 standard length is now only 12 feet long while still giving you far more storage space then the older traditional 14 foot long model. The shorter box and lighter weight make the H1 run about half the weight of traditional trucks. This weight reduction seriously increases fuel savings while greatly reducing the wear and tear on the truck chassis’s vital components , meaning you will not only save a ton of money of fuel you will also be reducing breakdowns from worn out transmission, engines brakes and shocks .

The aluminum body also gets rid of all the issues of rust and we also offer the body in either heavy duty paint or even powder coat for an extremely durable finish. One of the biggest advantages to the new H1 design is there is no more Power Take Off , The high power vacuum no longer is powered by the trucks engine . Most people don’t realize it but the 300 HP engine under the hood only actually outputs around 60 HP to the fans drive shaft , so you’re wasting a lot of extra horsepower and burning a ton of extra fuel to power the fan when all you really needed was around 40 HP to power the fan and compressor, with the cost of fuel and repair bills this old method no longer makes any sense, not to mention drains your bank of any profit. We can deliver the same if not more suction than our older style trucks while running a smaller dedicated engine to power the fan saving you loads of money in fuel savings while using far less moving parts to wear out. Most importantly, our new system is far better for the environment by greatly reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Our unique exclusively designed and built HAVAC vac system uses a 35 HP Briggs gas engine with fluid coupling and direct drive (no belts) to drive the fan. This is a simpler design as there are no belts to maintain on the fan and breakdowns are less likely. The compressor is run separate with its own Gas engine usually a Castair compressor with 43.6 CFM, 175 PSI. Suction as good as any other truck on the market. Also take note of the exhaust bags,they are now coming out the roof on just one side of the truck allowing the other half of the roof open for ladder racks, imagine not having to move your ladders every time you start your vac system. Debris clean out is no longer a tedious chore, why drive around with a 1000 pounds of your customers dirt in your truck which just adds unneeded weight , fuel and repair costs . The new clean our bins consists of a simple lightweight drums which can be easily emptied on a weekly or monthly basis , plus for large jobs with hundreds of pounds of dirt removal then multiple bins can be brought in , no more making trips to the dump half way through your work schedule.

2002 Chevrolet 3500 Pringle Air duct cleaning truck Trade in Duramax Diesel, AC, lower stainless steel panels and doors, and Quincy 325 compressor Contact Greg:  (419) 256-7763 This is a very good condition cab and chassis with a salvage duramax engine.  The engine has 90,000 miles on it and the transmission works flawlessly.  This cab and chassis runs great!!!  The Pringle unit has been completely stripped of old paint and repainted with a base coat clear paint.  We were rebuilding this truck to use in our own fleet when we decided to build a new MPV for our duct cleaning business and take to NADCA trade shows.  We did things to this truck that we have never done before to prevent corrosion.  We have never done this before and we believe it will last for a long time to come.  The entire top was removed and replaced with a new top.  It has a new big back door, new bags and new tarp.  The tool box is 100% stainless steel.  The fan has been modified like our new ones and carries a 5 year warranty.
