Their service tech showed up in about an hour, fixed the unit and got me up and running at a very reasonable rate. After a few years, I contacted Sunshine and 3 other local companies for quotes for a new unit. Sunshine beat all other companies hands down and installed the Trane unit that made huge improvements to our home in the way it cools. I want to also point out 1 huge thing that makes all the difference in the world on how I make decisions on major purchases which is service and warranty work. Anytime I contact Sunshine for any type of routine or preventative maintenance or the time I had to call for warranty service, these guys are superior. They go above and beyond to do everything possible to make the customer happy.
